How to place an order

1. Traditional bank transfer
You can pay for your purchases using a traditional bank transfer. After placing an order, our manager will send an invoice with payment details to your e-mail address.
Important! Orders paid by traditional bank transfer are shipped after funds were credited to our bank account (usually takes 1-2 business days).
2. Payment by credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard)

Payments made in this way are displayed on our account within a few minutes after the correct payment operation, so we can quickly start preparing your order for shipment.

3. Cash on delivery
Orders are picked up at the office at ul. Krakowska 19-23, lok 9, 50-424, Wrocław and should be paid in cash.
Shipments can be picked up from our warehouse at (Spółdzielcza 9, Kobierzyce, 55-040).
Taking into consideration the distance between the office and the warehouse, please coordinate your arrival with the manager in advance.

Delivery within the Republic of Poland is free of charge. The average delivery time within the Republic of Poland is 1-2 business days after the shipment is handed over to the cargo company.

This option is convenient for those customers who want to see the products before buying, for those who have their own vehicles and are located in this region. For fast and high-quality service, as well as due to the fact that our office and warehouse are located at a sufficiently large distance from each other, please coordinate your arrival with the manager in advance.
2. Express delivery.
The quality of customer service is very important to us, that is why we make sure that the products purchased from our company are quickly delivered.
Inventum Poland cooperates with large companies such as DPD and Poczta Polska. These companies have a branch network throughout the country, which allows you to receive an order quickly.
For this type of delivery, you must specify your details in the appropriate fields when placing an order.
Please, pay attention. You must check the condition of the packages in the presence of the forwarding agent! If the condition of the packaging raises any doubts about its integrity, please draw up a protocol with a courier service representative and inform us about it. This will speed up the process of claim handling by the cargo company.
