Production of refractory mats

Ceramic fiber mats are also used in the insulation of pipelines and steam pipelines.

Due to the constant density and the absence of organic binders, ceramic fiber mats are more effective in long-term operation unlike traditional basalt materials, which are characterized by degradation processes, due to which there is an increase in thermal conductivity by 25% after 2-3 years and it continues to increase with further operation.  

Mats are widely used in heaters. They are used in crucibles for casting ferrous and non-ferrous metals, in domestic and industrial hot water boilers, boilers, as fire protection, etc.
